The challenge, and how it was solved
Grade C and D cleanrooms required floor flatness of 3 mm over 3 m and pre-set levels for 400 mechanical penetrations. The MEP model was built before casting and 312 clashes were resolved in the technical office, so penetrations were formed in the shuttering rather than cut after the pour.
