The challenge, and how it was solved
Handover in four phases, with residents occupying phase one while phase four was still in structure. Plant routes were separated entirely from resident routes, pours moved to a 07:00–15:00 window, and undelivered phases were screened with temporary hoarding. Zero recorded noise complaints in the final 18 months.
